INSPECTION REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE (IRM)
Smart Subsea provides a wide range of inspection repair and maintenance services for all types of underwater assets. Our pool certified CSWIP divers and inspection personnel are highly experienced and utilise certified and calibrated inspection equipment. Our dive spreads are equipped with high resolution diver mounted CCTV systems with provision for stills frame grabbing during inspections to provide detailed information to our clients. Our capabilities include GVI / CVI, Photo and Video Surveys, Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement, Cathodic Protection Measurement, Magnetic Particle Inspection and ACFM.
MARINE MAINTENANCE
Smart Subsea can provide maintenance of marine assets above and below water. From asset cleaning using water and grit blasting, application of specialist coatings and protection systems, welding and mechanical repairs, anode installation to name a few, we have the capabilities to maintain your subsea assets to the highest of standards. VESSEL HUSBANDRY

UNDERWATER CUTTING AND WELDING
Smart Subsea maintains subsea cutting and welding equipment for installations, modifications and repairs to marine assets. We have a team of certified surface and subsea welding personnel available on call out for emergency repairs and scheduled works. We have documented weld procedures and can provide traceability of all components and consumables. Smart Subsea can perform weld trials and coding to all recognised standards in real world conditions.
MARINE SALVAGE
Smart Subsea can provide search and recovery services for any type of marine salvage application. From salvage of sunken vessels, search and recovery of lost assets, to removal of damaged infrastructure we can provide a solution. We understand that time is often critical in salvage operations, and we are available on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
POTABLE WATER DIVING
Smart Subsea has dedicated potable water equipment and experienced personnel to perform diving operations in potable water environments. We understand the specific requirements and challenges related to diving in potable water allowing us to provide services of the highest quality.
ASSET REMEDIATION
Smart Subsea can provide all aspects of asset remediation. We specialise in subsea repair and installation works for all types of floating and fixed marine assets. Smart Subsea can remove marine fouling of any type to allow assets to be evaluated and correctly repaired to extend life. Following structural repairs we can install protection systems including anodes and specialist underwater coatings including the Denso range of products, to protect your assets against the harsh marine environment.
MOORINGS
Smart Subsea can provide for all types of mooring solutions including design, installation, inspection, repairs, cleaning and relocation. We use a marine architect for all design approvals and we are fully insured for all types of mooring works. We can service moorings of all types, from large commercial cyclone moorings to private vessel moorings.
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
Smart Subsea can provide subsea and surface marine support to you construction and maintenance activities. We are highly experienced in all aspects of marine construction and have access to a wide range of marine support equipment including vessels, crane barges and pile driving barges. We ensure that our teams have the right tools for the job to provide an efficient and high quality solution to any problem.
ROV SUPPORT
While Smart Subsea specialises in commercial diving works, we recognise that some jobs are better performed by ROVs. We work with specialist ROV sub contractors to provide a seamless subsea solution whether manned diving or ROV operations.
